Allahabad high court set asides the recruitment process and directs finalization of the uttar pradesh civil court staff centralized recruitment scheme 2014 after re-examination.
The Court while allowing the writ petition in the case of Vineet Kumar and 4 others setting aside the recruitment process of the clerks and the stenographer for want of procedure has directed the recruitment process to be re- conducted for stage 2 and 3 and declare the select list within 5 months. Hon’ble Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra while allowing the writ petition has held that the process itself was vitiated and directed re-conducting of stage II and stage examination according to the procedure resolved in the minutes and approved by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. The court further held that till then the appointments already made will be protected till the conclusion of the recruitment and will be subject to the new select list
